As cracks began appearing of their ongoing agitation in opposition to the agri legal guidelines, farmer unions on Wednesday cancelled their deliberate march to Parliament on 1 February when the Funds can be introduced.

The choice by farmer unions got here a day after large violence throughout their tractor parade within the nationwide capital that left practically 400 police personnel injured.
The farmer leaders, nonetheless, alleged that there was a conspiracy behind Tuesday’s incidents and demanded a probe.

Responding to a query on farmer leaders being named in FIR, Yadav mentioned, “FIR, jail and torture are rewards of actions”.

“Now we have video clippings and we are going to expose how a conspiracy was hatched to defame our motion,” Shivkumar Kakka mentioned.

As many as 37 farmer leaders, together with Rakesh Tikait, Yogendra Yadav, Darshan Pal and Gurnam Singh Chaduni, have been named in an FIR in reference to the violence in the course of the tractor parade.
